研究の概要

研究は肢体不自由、内部障害リハビリテーション、高次脳機能リハビリテーションと幅広い範囲の研究を臓器横断的に学際的チームによる多職種で行っています。多くは日常の診療に直結する研究で、社会へ大きく還元しています。

• リハビリテーション介入患者におけるCough Peak FlowとADLの関連性
• 慢性線維型間質性肺炎患者における呼吸リハビリテーションの有用性
• 直線偏光近赤外線照射による呼吸困難、咳衝動、痛み感受性に対する影響の検討
• 近赤外分光分析法を用いた咳衝動に伴う脳反応の検討
• 嚥下リハビリテーション患者における口腔機能と咳嗽力との関係
• Halo - vest固定患者における摂食嚥下機能の研究
• 摂食嚥下障害とうまみ感受性の関係性に関する研究
• がんリハビリテーション対象患者における身体機能と日常生活動作の変化がQOLにおよぼす影響について
• 人工膝または股関節置換術後の患者における静止立位足関節背屈角度と重心動揺との関連の研究
• 顔面神経麻痺リハビリテーション患者の漢方治療に関する研究
• フレイル高齢者に対する効率的な介入法の研究
  「おたっしゃケアチーム」という世界で初めてのフレイルケアチームを結成し、日常診療を通して多くの高齢者フレイル介入研究を行っています。
